ZenCampus provides a comprehensive campus management platform that includes but is not limited to: notice management, event coordination, discussion forums, canteen ordering, laundry booking, maintenance requests, and complaint management systems. Services may vary based on institutional partnerships and subscription levels.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Users must be affiliated with a partnered educational institution
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• Users must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations

4. User Conduct

Users agree to use ZenCampus responsibly and ethically. Prohibited activities include:

• Posting offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Uploading malicious software or viruses
• Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the platform
• Using the platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ZenCampus are owned by ZenCampus Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they create but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting user privacy and personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using ZenCampus, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect user functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

ZenCampus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend user accounts and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
