1. General Refund Policy

At ZenCampus, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed for various services offered through our platform.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Service cancellation within the specified timeframes
  • Service unavailability or technical issues
  • Quality issues with delivered services
  • Duplicate payments or billing errors
  • Services not rendered as per the agreed terms

3. Canteen Order Refunds

Full Refunds

Full refunds are issued for orders cancelled at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup/delivery time, or if the order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds (75% of order value) are issued for orders cancelled between 30-10 minutes before scheduled time, subject to preparation status.

Quality Issues

Full refunds or replacements are provided for orders with quality issues, provided the issue is reported within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

4. Laundry Service Refunds

Service Cancellation

Full refunds are provided for laundry services cancelled before pickup. Once clothes are picked up, refunds are processed only for service failures or damage.

Damage or Loss

In case of damage or loss of items, refunds are processed based on the declared value of items, up to a maximum of ₹5,000 per item, subject to investigation and approval.

5. Event Registration Refunds

Free Events

No refunds are applicable for free events. However, you can cancel your registration to allow others to participate.

Paid Events

Refunds for paid events depend on the organizer's policy. Generally, cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for full refund minus processing fees (typically 5-10%).

Event Cancellation

Full refunds are automatically processed if an event is cancelled by the organizer or due to circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refund Processing

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 3-7 business days after approval. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank processing times.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. If this is not possible, refunds will be credited to your ZenCampus wallet.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Services already rendered or consumed
  • Late cancellation fees
  • Processing fees (unless due to our error)
  • Donations or voluntary contributions
  • Subscription fees for services already used

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you can raise a dispute by contacting our customer support team. We will review your case within 5 business days and provide a resolution. All disputes are handled fairly and objectively based on our policies and evidence provided.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
