1. General Cancellation Policy
ZenCampus understands that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide flexible cancellation options for our services. This policy outlines the cancellation terms for various services offered through our platform.
2. Canteen Orders
Free Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Late Cancellation
Orders cancelled between 30-10 minutes before scheduled time may incur a 25% cancellation fee to cover preparation costs.
Last Minute Cancellation
Orders cancelled less than 10 minutes before scheduled time are not eligible for refund as food preparation would have already begun.
3. Laundry Services
Before Pickup
Laundry bookings can be cancelled free of charge until the pickup personnel is assigned (typically 2 hours before scheduled pickup).
After Pickup
Once clothes are picked up, cancellations are not possible. However, you can reschedule delivery for a later date at no extra cost.
4. Maintenance Requests
Before Assignment
Maintenance requests can be cancelled at any time before a technician is assigned to the task. No cancellation fees apply.
After Assignment
If cancelled after technician assignment but before arrival, a nominal fee may be charged to cover travel costs.
5. Event Registrations
Free Events
Registration for free campus events can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the event starts to allow others to register.
Paid Events
For paid events, cancellation policies vary by organizer. Generally, cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for full refund minus processing fees.

Cancellations can be made through the following methods:
- Through the ZenCampus mobile app or website

7. Refund Processing
Processing Time
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 3-7 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or ZenCampus wallet, based on your preference.
Refund Method
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method. In cases where this isn't possible, refunds will be credited to your ZenCampus wallet for future use.
8. Force Majeure
ZenCampus shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures. In such cases, cancellations will be processed without penalty.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
